In winter, the earth stops producing and replenishes it’s energy reserves. It’s important that we take time away from our busy lives to do the same. These sessions are designed to regulate and nourish our frazzled nervous systems, allowing us the time and space to rest and restore deeply. The session will include restorative yoga poses using weighted blankets, breath work and will include a 20 minute head and neck massage and a delicious afternoon tea.
