KID'S TERM CLASSES

Kid's term passes must be pre-paid within 7 days of term commencement.
There are no credits for missed classes.
The instructor reserves the right to cancel a class sue to illness or other. A make up class or refund will be offered depending on the circumstance.

CLASS ETIQUETTE

Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early so everyone is settled by commencement of class.
There are no credits for missed classes because you were late. Please be considerate of your fellow students an engage in only quiet conversation and try to arrive on time and refrain from leaving the class early.
If you would like to contact me between classes my preferred method is email.
The instructor may occasionally take photographs of our classes, workshops, events and retreats for use on the website and social media. Please advise the instructor if you do not wish to be photographed.

STUDIO HIRE

  • A $100 deposit is required to secure a booking of the studio and is non-refundable.

  • A $100 bond is payable  (1 day) and if the studio is hired for 2 plus days we will require a $250 bond which will be refundable upon exit.

  • Full payment for studio hire is payable no less than 7 days before hire date.

  • The studio will be professionally cleaned before hire date and we expect it to be left in the same condition upon outgoing otherwise a $100 cleaning charge will be payable. This will be deducted from the bond and it at the studio owner's discretion.

WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS

Workshops and events must be pre-paid in full.
Workshops and events are non-refundable.
Should you not be able to attend , transfer of your payment is at the discretion of the facilitator.

RETREATS

  • Retreat payments are due in full or via a payment that is set up individually between facilitator and attendee.  It is the facilitators right to refuse a payment plan.

  • Retreat payments are non-refundable.

  • Should you not be able to attend, the transfer of your payment to another perso is at the discretion of the facilitator.

  • The instructor reserves the right to ask any person to leave the retreat for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

MEDICAL

You agree to take full responsibility for your health, before, during and after the class.
Please seek advice from a health professional before commencing any of our classes.
It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries or issues that may affect you in class both physically, mentally and emotionally.
If you are, or believe you may be pregnant, please inform the instructor at the time of booking.
