Product Description

An immersive 6 week course, to help guide you from a life of “surviving” to a life of “thriving”. Discover how the simple practices of yoga, breathing and mindfulness can be applied to your daily life to nourish and nurture yourself from the inside out.

Together we will explore how we can build vital healing energy in our bodies and nourish our nervous systems to build our physical, mental and emotional health and build a steady internal foundation through a consistent practice of mindfulness.

If you are feeling “tired but wired”, anxious or over-whelmed or feel like you are living your life on auto-pilot or ground hog day or just feel like “there is something missing” in your life than this course is for you.

Tanya Cameron

Tanya Cameron is the founder of Seed Yoga. She is passionate about mentoring and educating women to embrace positive body image and self-care. She, herself, is a living example of the power of yoga to transform lives – having overcome anorexia nervosa (as a teen) and addiction and depression as an adult.
